Important notice about your SEOClerks account

Hi Egisanjaya123,

We are writing to tell you about a security incident affecting SEOClerks, what it means for your account, and the one step we are asking everyone to take.

What happened
On 28 August an attacker damaged the server infrastructure that hosts our sites. Our investigation has found no evidence that any customer data was accessed or taken. To get the sites back online we restored from a backup taken that morning, which means orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore are missing from our records. We are actively recovering them from our payment providers.

If an order or payment of yours is missing, please contact support at https://www.seoclerk.com/contact and we will trace it. Your funds are not lost - the records are, and we are rebuilding them.

You will be asked to choose a new password
As a precaution, the next time you sign in you will be asked to set a new password before continuing. Your current password still works to sign in - this is purely a precaution, not a sign your account was touched. If you use the same password on other sites, this is a good moment to change it there too.

Watch out for phishing
Incidents like this are often followed by emails pretending to be from us. We will never email you asking for your password or your payment credentials. Links in this email all point to https://www.seoclerk.com - if anything claiming to be us points somewhere else, it is not us.

We are sorry for the disruption, and we are treating this with the seriousness it deserves.
